Mahmood Al-Oraibi holds a Bachelors of Law degree awarded by Applied Science University, Bahrain in 2009. He also holds an International Diploma in Compliance awarded by the University of Manchester, United Kingdom in 2010. He admitted to Bahrain Bar in 2011 and is licensed to attend all matters before the Bahraini Court. Mahmood is currently a Board Member of Bahrain Bar Society. He is also listed as a Certified Arbitrator before GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre in Bahrain.

Mahmood has worked over 8 years of extensive experience in dispute resolution in Bahrain.  He regularly represent clients in Litigation and Arbitration matters in addition to advising on general corporate and commercial, construction contracts, maritime law, commercial agencies, financial agreements and other civil disputes.
