Am I eligible to enter?
The Seatrade Maritime Awards are open to all within the shipping and maritime communities. To ensure you are eligible to enter a certain category, please check the individual categories you wish to take part in.
How do I enter?
How much does it cost to enter?
Nothing. The Seatrade Maritime Awards remain free for all to enter.
When is the entry deadline?
The entry deadline is Friday 20 July 2018.
Will there be an extension?
Any extensions to the deadline are subject to confirmation and will be announced via email and on the website.
What are the categories?
Can I submit more than one entry?
Of course! Take a look at all of the categories in detail to decide which ones are suitable for your company, there is no limit.
What happens after I enter?
You will receive an email to confirm your entry has been accepted and submitted correctly. If you do not receive this, please contact Emma Bond. You will then be advised at a later date if your entry has made the shortlist.
Do you have an example entry form?
Can I upload any supporting documents to my entry?
Yes, you can upload any relevant supporting documents that you feel would aid your entry.
Who are the judges?
The judging panel will be announced shortly for each specific category. Our judges bring industry knowledge and category specific skillsets to assess every entry helping us maintain the high standard of the awards.
Why should I enter?
When will I know if I am a finalist?
The finalist announcement will be at the beginning of September. You will be contacted via email to let you know if you have been successful or not. We will also announce the shortlist on our website and social media.
When and where is the ceremony?
The Seatrade Maritime Awards will be taking place on Sunday 28th October 2018 at Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai. Anyone can purchase a ticket to join on the night.
