Onsite measures

Face coverings

Unless you are medically exempt, you will need to wear a face covering when walking around the venue, however this can be removed once you are seated at your table for the ceremony.

Space to socially distance

During the ceremony, tables have been limited to eight people. Please note that these tables can be made up of attendees from various companies.

Whilst onsite, we ask that you adhere and allow for social distancing whilst walking around the venue. There will be ample space throughout the trade show, conference and networking to allow for this, at a minimum space of two metres between individuals.

Hygiene

Between Expo 2020 and Informa AllSecure standards, you can expect a safe, hygienic experience with regular sanitisation of frequent touch points throughout both the Expo 2020 site and Seatrade Maritime Awards venue.

There will also be multiple hand-sanitiser points.

Medical services

There will be appropriate facilities and specialist staff at Expo 2020 to manage any potential medial issues on-site.
