Seatrade Maritime Awards and Lloyd's List Awards Collaboration Announced

Led by Seatrade Maritime and Supported in Association by Lloyd's List

Seatrade Maritime and Lloyd’s List have today announced the unison
of their respective maritime award products with the creation of one unified portfolio.

Led by the Seatrade Maritime brand, this portfolio now see’s three products to be held “in association with Lloyds List” across the EMEA and Asia regions, including:

  • Seatrade Awards in association with Lloyd’s List
  • Seatrade Maritime Awards Asia in association with Lloyd’s List
  • Seatrade Maritime Awards Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Africa in association with Lloyd’s List

“For decades, both the Seatrade Maritime and Lloyd’s List awards portfolios have been delivering platforms to showcase excellence in the global maritime marketplace,” said Chris Morley, Group Event Director of Seatrade Maritime.

“Now that both brands are under one owner, we can consolidate our shared belief that by creating accessible and transparent awards schemes, we are able to truly showcase the best of industry achievement and enable positive development across our regional markets. The combination of these two industry-leading portfolios will allow us to further build on this commitment to our community, which will reap wider benefits across our industry,” added Morley.  

Further information for all three Award ceremonies will be announced shortly, including details on entry categories which will continue to focus on key areas of industry interest including decarbonisation, digitalisation and seafarer wellbeing while acknowledging industry response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
