Red Sea Gateway Terminal (RSGT) is a world-class terminal spearheaded by the Saudi Industrial Services group SISCO and the first privately funded BOT (Build Operate and Transfer) container terminal development project in Saudi Arabia. The project was funded through an investment of $700 million USD. RSGT located at JIP (Jeddah Islamic Port) is the initial step in the company’s selective international growth strategy. The shareholder structure includes SISCO, Xenel Industries and MMC Group.

RSGT has an annual capacity of 2.5 million TEU. The terminal is equipped with 14 Super Post-Panamax quay cranes with an outreach of 24 rows across and a 700m wide turning basin, which can accommodate next generation vessels of 20,000+ TEU-class. It is the only terminal at JIP that can fully operate and assist shipping lines fully utilize the current and next generations of mega vessels.

RSGT is the largest gateway to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia western region, with a dedicated customer service team and tailored supply chain solutions for its customers.

RSGT is dedicated to working with the shipping lines to increase their efficiency and market penetration, while also working with the local shippers and consignees to provide them with the most efficient supply chain options.
