- GSCCO (Jeddah Facility) passed the 30 Million TEU mark in March 2018 for Jeddah and Jubail terminals, a 50% increase in throughput in just 5 years
- The terminal received the largest container vessel to arrive at Jubail to date with the maiden call of Evergreen Marine Corporation’s 14,424-TEU EMC Taurus in November 2017. The 369-metre-long vessel completed 813 container moves on its maiden call.
- With Jubail’s petrochemical plants now in full production, the ports in the coastal city are experiencing a steady increase in activity. GSCCO is ready for any rise in throughput.
