All Saudi Maritime Congress 2020 attendees - exhibitors, visitors, sponsors and speakers - require a visa to enter the Kingdom. Below you can find is a list of existing visa type and information on the application process for each of them.

The Business Visa is for Saudi Maritime Congress 2020 exhibitors and sposnors only.
It is imperative that you apply for your business visa prior to travelling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Please send a visa request form to [email protected] along with a copy of your passport. 3 days from receipt of your application form you will receive a reference number for visa approval at the Saudi Embassy. You will then need to take this reference number with you to your local embassy to apply for your business visa.
If you are a citizen of GCC countries – (United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman), you will not need to apply for a business visa.
All international visitors from eligible countries are required to apply for an eVisa to enter the Kingdom.
The eVisa will be a one-year, multiple entry visa, allowing tourists to spend up to 90 days in the country.
The eVisa application form may take up to 72 hours to be accepted, so we advise you to apply for your eVisa as soon as you can to allow for possible delays
*The information provided on the application form will be screened through several databases. It is essential that your passport details stated on the application match the passport used to travel, otherwise the eVisa will not be valid.
