A newly appointed Chief Support Officer of Bahri (December 18,2018) – Responsible in developing and deploying the strategy for the Shared Services as part of overall Bahri strategy. Plan, direct and oversee all function activities and ensure appropriate staffing of the function (IT,HR,Corp. Communication,Administration & Procurement.

-          He joined Bahri last December 03,2017 as A Sr. Vice President-Human Resources & Corp. Communication as HR Generalist with proven skills in formulating and implementing a robust agenda-based HR strategy while ensuring that the plans support business requirements -Recognized for steering HR operation from Recruitments, HR Business Partner, Learning & Development, HR Services

-          Hands-on Practitioner of Policy, procedure and system definition and implementation, based on an analytical approach, while focusing on cost controls, aligned with pre-defined budgets-track record of bringing in efficient policies to create govern and sustain a productive and structured working environment.

-          Facilitators of seamless Administration, by maintaining control over lease agreements, infrastructure setup, sourcing and utilities management.

Previous employment from October 1999 to 2017 in Alshaya International Trading Company as HR Director.

        * During Hisham’s tenure at Alshaya, Mr. Alkhaldi implemented the Alshaya Retail Academy, a training initiative designed to support the employment of women in the retail sector.
