Am I eligible to enter?

Yes - Seatrade Awards is open for all to enter.

How do I enter?

Each category has it's own, dedicated form for you to fill out. To begin your entry, click here.

When is the entry deadline?

The entry deadline is Thursday 22 March 2018.

How much does it cost to enter?

Nothing. Taking part in Seatrade Awards is totally free-of-charge.

What are the categories?

You can view the award categories here. You can enter more than one category.

Who are the judges?

The independent judging panel is made up of thought-leaders, experts and heavyweights. We will announce the panel in due course.

Do you have an example entry form?

We do not have an example entry form, but the awards team is happy to help you in any way we can. Please contact [email protected]

Can I submit more than one entry?

Yes. Take a look at all of the categories in detail to decide which ones are suitable for your company, there is no limit. 

Can I upload any supporting documentation?

Yes, you can upload any relevant supporting documents that you feel would aid your entry.

What happens after I enter?

You will receive an email to confirm that your entry has been submitted correctly. If you do not receive this please contact Emma Bond. You will then be contacted in May when the shortlist is announced whether you are successful or not.

When will I know if I am a finalist?

The finalist announcement will be during May. You will be contacted via email to let you know if you have been successful or not. We will also announce the shortlist on email, our website and social media.
