When is Seatrade Maritime Middle East?

31st October - 2nd November 2016 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

What are the visiting hours?

Day 1, 31 October    10:00 - 18:00
Day 2, 1 November  09:30 - 18:00
Day 3, 2 November  10:00 - 17:00

Will it cost me anything to visit?
Attending the exhibition is free of charge. There are multiple conference sessions taking place throughout the three days of the event and some of these are also free to attend. However there are some conference sessions which you will need to pay for. You can find all of the detail on the Agenda page of the event website.
Is the event catalogue free?
The event catalogue is provided to all pre-registered attendees free of charge.
Are there refreshments available on site?

The Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre has several food and beverage outlets along the atriums of the building for attendees to purchase products from. Inside the SMME event halls there are three cafes where refreshments can be purchased and a temporary lunch area where a full buffet lunch can also be purchased.

Do you have a recommended travel agent?

Are there hotels close to the venue?

There are two hotels located within the boundaries of the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. The Novotel and The Ibis. Please visit the Travel & Stay pages of the event website for more information.

Location & Venue

Can I get to the venue by taxi?

Yes. All official taxi drivers in Dubai will know how to get to the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Can I get to the venue by Metro?

Yes. The station World Trade Centre is situated at the start of Sheikh Zayed Road and is next to the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. Zone 5 on the Red Line of the Metro.

Is there parking?
How much is the parking?

Costs can very depending on the location of the parking and the events that are taking place. Please visit http://www.dwtc.com/en/complex/Pages/location.aspx for more information. All parking charges are managed by the Exhibition Centre itself and as such are outside the control of the event Organiser

Conference Enquiries

When and where can I pick up my delegate pass?

All pre-registered delegates can collect their badges at the registration desks by Halls 6, 7 and 8. 

The Registration desks will be open from:

09:30 - 18:00 on Monday, 31 October      

09:00 - 18:00 on Tuesday, 1 November

09:30 - 16:00 on Wednesday, 2 November 

Can visitors to the exhibition attend the conference?
Some of the conference sessions are free to attend and as such, visitors to the exhibition are welcome to pre-register to attend these. Visitors are also welcome to attend paid-for conference sessions at the prevailing rates. Please visit the Agenda page of the event website for more information
How much is it to attend the conference?
Prices for the conference sessions vary depending on the organiser (UBM Seatrade or one of our third party partners). Please visit the Agenda page of the event website for more information
Can I download copies of the speaker presentations?
All speaker presentations will be available to download after the conference. Download links and access information will be sent to all delegates electronically after the event.
